CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes as long as it's within 24 hours of purchase confirmation anything after 24 hours is disregarded and you must wait to receive your purchase. Just send a cancelation request to customerservice@littleobsessories.com

CAN I HAVE A REFUND IF MY ORDER DIDN'T SHIP YET? 

Only if it has not been more than 24 hours since you made the purchase. Anything after 24 hours means you must wait to receive your product. You may then ship it back for a full refund. (see below for returns)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please note that if you ordered a pre-order product and a non pre-order product together, the entire order will be treated as a pre-order.

Estimated time frames for each product:

Tufted Rugs- Typically takes a 2 weeks!

Pins- 2-3 Business Days

Keychains- 2-3 Business days

Stickers- 1-2 Business Days

Mousepads- 3 Business days 

Magnetic bookmarks- 2-3 Business Days

Pre-Order - Typically takes 30 days

Stud Earrings- 2 to 3 Business Days (not returnable)

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER? (Returns)

You may get a refund as long as the item/s is shipped back and received within 7 calendar days of your orders confirmed delivery. The product must be unopened and in the same condition it was sent in. You “The Buyer” are responsible for shipping the item/s back. Once your order is received in unopened and brand new condition I will issue you a full refund.
